History

S&G Acquisition, LLC was founded in early 2000 to invest and operate in a manufacturing company that made custom millwork and metal fabricated products.  Since then, the Company and its majority owner have invested in, and operate several companies as described below:

S&G Manufacturing Group, LLC

• Produces millwork and custom wood work products, as well as metal fabrication. 
• Manufacturing plants located in Hilliard and Logan, Ohio 
• Industries served include retail, hospitality and food service.

• A full service distributor to the food service and other industries. 
• Offices located in Ohio, Illinois and Indiana, with a distribution center in Logan Oh.
  
  

All Southern Fabricators, LLC

• Manufactures custom stainless steel products  
• Located in Clearwater, Florida
• Industries served include food service and related industries
  
  

Apple Tuck & Associates Inc

• Bridge construction
• Located in Rutherfordton, North  Carolina
  
  

B&R Equity, LLC

• Invests in Real estate in North Carolina and Florida

• Owns and leases commercial property in central Ohio
